The Wilmington Strong Fund offers $1,000 emergency grants to small businesses located in the City of Wilmington struggling with the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible businesses can use funds for rent/ mortgage payments, utility bills and supplier/ inventory expenses.
KIVA Delaware provides small business lending to small businesses statewide, providing mircoloans as small as $1000. KIVA is the world’s first personal micro-lending website enabling everyday people to lend as little as $25 to provide financial access to entrepreneurs in developing communities across the globe.

E3 provides innovation, entrepreneurship and recovery from COVID-19. The program, sponsored by the Pete duPont Freedom Foundation, involves business coaches and advisers who offer resources to entrepreneurs.
E3, in tandem with Reinventing Delaware, establishes conditions for successful business development, fostered through resources, in-kind support and guidance for entrepreneurs.
WilmingtonMADE provides free marketing, advertising ,and photography services to small businesses located in Wilmington. Enhance your online presence with free photography services and/or through paid advertisements to encourage people to shop local and support local business.
Launcher is a 12 week Business Plan writing course that provides instruction on how to start your business as well as one-on-one entrepreneurship guidance.
EnrichDelaware! is a Minority Business Initiative that provides practical business education utilizing the nationally recognized Interise’s StreetWise ‘MBA’ curriculum. Complete the program with a customized, three-year strategic growth plan – plus, the confidence and ability to turn those plans into action.
