Wilmington Strong Fund

The Wilmington Strong Fund offers $1,000 emergency grants to small businesses located in the City of Wilmington struggling with the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible businesses can use funds for rent/ mortgage payments, utility bills and supplier/ inventory expenses.

Kiva Delaware

KIVA Delaware provides small business lending to small businesses statewide, providing mircoloans as small as $1000. 

Equitable Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (E3)

E3 provides innovation, entrepreneurship and recovery from COVID-19. The program, sponsored by the Pete duPont Freedom Foundation,  involves  business coaches and advisers who offer resources to entrepreneurs.

Complete the program with a customized, three-year strategic growth plan – plus, the confidence and ability to turn those plans into action.

Wilmington Kitchen Collective

The Wilmington Kitchen Collective is a community-based project dedicated to empowering holistic transformation by providing affordable high-quality commercial kitchen facilities, business development, and economic support to culinary entrepreneurs.

Delaware Small Business Development Center

The Delaware SBDC delivers training programs and FREE professional consulting services to help innovators, startups, and existing businesses (with 0-500 employees*) formulate and execute strategies to grow and succeed.

Woman Business Center

The Women’s Business Center provides in-depth, outcome-oriented business services to entrepreneurs. WBC training includes courses on business planning, business financing, social media and marketing.

Minority Small Business Program

The Minority Small Business Program helps minority entrepreneurs improve the way they do business via business coaching, creating business processes & systems, and strengthen their financial performance.
